Has more intelligence and knowledge of finances in his little finger than any of us will ever have
The only mistakes he's made, let's be really honest here, are appointing Steve Walsh to a position way above his station and that was because his two preferred options Monchi, who agreed then reneged by all accounts, and Brands, chose to stay with PSV for an extra season, weren't available, and appointing Allardyce. He rightly sacked Martinez because we were in free fall, the Koeman appointment made sense at the time because he was coming off the back of a great job at Southampton (as shown by how far they've dropped since) and no one could have forseen without a crystal ball how bad it would have got 18 months down the line but he was rightly booted. Even Silva made some sense as he'd got Hull playing some good stuff with some fight, and would have kept them up had he joined earlier or brought them up had Watford not tapped him, likewise Watford played some brilliant stuff last season under him before we came calling.
Had we had Brands or Monchi in like he wanted, there's no way the likes of Klassen, Rooney, Bolasie, Schneiderlin, Walcott and Tosun would have been signed causing the headaches we have right now
