There can be no doubt that Kenwright's passive Mr Nice Guy influence regarding Everton passed on to Moshiri over that expected loss quote, if not, then Moshiri himself is someone we don't need at this club, not if we want to be successful, Moshiri has to start getting rid of these people who have been parasites on the board of the club, we are a sporting competetive outfit, we are supposed to compete not be nice and accommodating like Bill wants us to be, i have never once heard that man talk about Everton in any other way but a small time run of the mill but very nice club, i just can not bare his influence around the club anymore, i hope your listening Mosh but i just can't get behind the club no more with him still attached to it, please set some bloody standards.
Moshiri just wants us to bob around, as long as we don’t get relegated. Keeping Kenwright around is a disgrace. Appointing nobodies like DBB and Harris to the board says it all about Moshiri’s vision for the club.

He’s not going to push us on. I’ve seen enough of Moshiri. We won’t have big money to spend unless we sell one of our star players.

Expected losses
Sam Alladyce
Steve Walsh
Keeping Kenwright and the old guard around
Marco Silva? We'll see this coming season

He's been here 3 years and done diddly squat in terms of moving us forward.

Yes he's better than Kenwright and its not all his fault with prior managers wasting money but he has alot to answer for and anyone who has worked in business knows when a business fails or has a poor mentality running through it the buck stops ultimately at the top of the chain.
Lad .. pick yer dummy up... stick it in yer mouth and wind your whinging neck in... every post you make is negative negative negative ... if you’ve had enough go support them rats over the park .. if not then accept us for where we are now and support them to improve ... sick of reading yer [Poor language removed] posts on here every day tbh

I think he is doing but you’ve got to understand what has gone wrong to change it....

But yeah that means accepting some uncomfortable truths!

I actually look at as a motivation, with better management top to bottom, we can totally do what Norway and Spurs have done.

Both Norway and Spurs were we are relatively not so long ago, we were finishing ahead of them regularly a handful of years ago.

The games about focus, bravery and belief in building toward achieving, both their successes have been incremental, our needs to be to.
Mate don’t do it to yourself. Our neighbours are one of the two biggest clubs in the country. I gave up trying to be competitive with them long ago.

Spurs meanwhile have London, they have a state of the art stadium which is part of an NFL deal.

We can’t compete organically with Spurs nevermind the RS. Only a sugar daddy ala Man City can do that, and sugar daddy’s with that wealth and willingness to spend really big are few and far between.

why did he sack him then? If he just wants to bob around surely he would've kept him? It would've been much cheaper than sacking him and going after Silva.
Because Fat Sam's position was untenable with the fans. It's not like he sacked Fat Sam and brought in a superstar manager, either. He went out there and brought in a sacked Silva.

Moshiri doesn't have any grand plans for the club to be something. We've been hoodwinked.

Sad thing is it takes that lot falling over the finish line and winning a cup in a awful final to put our painful plight into perspective.
Massive summer for us now - extra local pressure to make a statement of intent, not holding my breath though and I still think it 50/50 that our manager will be with us come Christmas.

Someone made the point that we can't really compare ourselves with Liverpool. It's only going to end in us failing given where we are now.

We can't just whitewash the last 30 years and decide we want to be good at football again. Steady progress has to be the order of the day, as boring as that sounds.
