Funny how Moshiri bought Everton/USM then when he could have saved money & just bought Newcastle with a ready made stadium.

#kopitelogic
Moshiri thought he could act like the big boys, chuck money at the club and break the top 6, hence the monopoly money /only 50m comments, he failed and now has to spend even more money to make up for that.

Spurs are worth 1.3billion. How much were they worth 4/5yrs ago. A bit of success( champions league qualification) and a new ground. Has seen their value rocket. I know they are based in London which makes a difference.

But when the ground is built in the dock and we are having some success alongside it. We will easily be worth a billion.
A lot of ifs there.
A new stadium doesent guarantee success.
450m since he has been here and still no improvement

He doesnt have to make up for anything.

He/USM/Usmanov whoever owns us could just stop investing / sell up / call off the stadium project but he/they havent- he/they have continued to invest in players, continued buying shares in the club and continued to push the stadium ahead.

Not the actions of people who haven't got a plan in place. I see it online from Kopites alot but I would say to them worry more about how FSG refuse to spend a penny unless they are selling a top player for big money...

Mike Ashley has been trying to sell for ages, people become interested and then try and lowball him in the last minute.

I mean this is just me but I'm guessing any normal person would buy Newcastle and save 700m, rather then buy out moshiri for a billion
Yes its you guessing because you cant be bothered to read or listen. As I have stated it's well documented that Mike Ashley is the problem not a valuation. But that doesn't fit your agenda does it so you will keep banging your drum and be oblivious to the truth.

Oh and you know from personal contacts at Newcastle that they lowball him at the last minute eh? No? Thought not. More guessing from you.

Get a grip, no one is going to pay 1billion.
Newcastle 1 city 1 club, large attendances, 52k stadium can't get a buyer for 300m, but moshiri will get a buyer for 1 billion.

Really.

You really think USM have taken over Everton because of purely football?

The global recognition of football is huge.
The Premier League is the biggest brand on the globe. The Liverpool water front is worth billions to an organisation with the ability to attract investment from realestate.

Everton will be the cherry on the cake of a far grander scheme.

It's been well documented Ashley wanted 300m, he was offered 280m in installments depending on the future success of the club.
A joke of a offer, but don't worry for another 700m moshiri will sell

Top 6 are the biggest brands, our turnover reflects that, the top 6 dwarf us.
The top 6 are having an increasing influence on the premier League, cl is where the money is we are no where near, you could chuck another 200m at the squad and we still wouldn't be near top 4.

The peel project has been active for almost 10 years as of yet nothing.

Absolutely screaming at you thinking Ashley would sell Newcastle for £300m when he could cream double that amount off the club just by staying there for the next 10 years, you dull shed.

When there in the championship you mean.
To date he has gifted them 130m in interest free loans, sounds familiar
