It could have been all so different, if we spent the lump sum of cash we had, wisely in summer 2017.Instead the two dunces Ronald Koeman and Steve Walsh, allowed our main goalscorer, to walk out the door, without a replacement lined up, and just basically flushed all the money down the toilet. This club is of yet still to recover from the damage, those two clowns have caused. And who was the man who hired Ronald Koeman and Steve Walsh?Exactly one Farhad Moshiri.

He has invested a fair bit of cash alright. But right now, Everton are closer to the championship, than the top six. So Moshiris footballing judgement, quite clearly is a bit awry.

I said the same above. He has appointed a well respected DoF, who he hopefully listens to if and when we need to make key decisions about the running of the club.

I also said a DoF needs time (More time than a coach/manager/whatever you want to call them) to make his mark on a club. If you look at Brands career as a DoF, he's not really the trigger happy type, most of his coaches stay with him for the contract term, sometimes longer as extensions were given. Brands and Silva arrived at the same time and inherited complete shambles.

I'm not defending our play, it's been dire. However, the league is basically the Scottish Prem this season, despite losing our past three (before yesterday) a win would have taken us 2 points off 5th. Of course, being Everton we lost and we could easily slip into the bottom 3 later today.

I'll be astounded if we don't end up top 8 or higher. Yes, even with the current management team.

As the kids might say - Vault me.

What an unbelievable achievement.

We are currently 17th. Lost 5 times out of 8. And scored 6 goals so far.

Let's hope the board will get to work on sounding out replacements. It's so obvious that Silva, is in way over his head here. But between Koeman Allardyce and Silva, that's three bad managerial appointments in a row, under Moshiris ownership.Let's just hope that Marcel Brands will take care of, who the next manager will be.Spurs getting off to a bad start, Arsenal Chelsea and Man United rebuilding, and Everton are 17th.It's pretty effing disgraceful tbh.

To say I'm disappointed given the context of the other clubs you mention would be an understatement. If we're not for the lad I would have chucked this season after Wolves, although we won was no spectacle, the writing was on the wall.

Who would’ve thought buying a 19 year old unproven striker to add to DCL would result in a lack of goals?

That’s on Brands and he needs to sort it in January

It's scandalous to be left with that forward line, I don't care how much potential Kean has, that's all it is and he was always going to need a bedding in period, he's not getting it and fans are on his case.

We've played it badly that window, no doubt.

It’s a joke, I’ve said it before, we are a club striving for top 6 with a championship level front line.
