Think that's a bit harsh mate to be honest. I keep saying it we are entitled to make mistakes. Its how we learn from them drives us forwards.

At the time most of those mistakes let's be honest all the top appointments didn't want to know us. This time he's acted swiftly and professionally. Lady luck may finally be on our side.

Don't forget he's learning as much as we all are at the club new era new agendas it's never been the Everton way for a long long time.
