Roman Abramovich is notorious for interfering in Chelsea and signed a few of his own players including Shevchenko.

The difference is no one is arsed because more often than not Chelsea sign boss players and had the luxury of no FFP when they bought the very best players with no restrictions placed on them.
Think you need to look at the Chelsea line in this listing to learn how effective his interfering may have been - although I think I'd refer to it as being proactive in demanding better.
Since the inception of the PL, 18 more years in Europe than Everton, 19 more trophies than Everton and £1,000 million more in commercial revenue than Everton

So you'd think if you can see that, someone of Farhads calibre can and would leave well alone eh? Considering the difference in restrictions.

We are so far behind it’s unreal.

Actually I took pelters on here when Brands was appointed as I said he wasn't suited to the role having spoken with a Dutch guy I was working with at the time. As for Walsh, Leicester had a transfer team and Walsh was head of it, there were domestic and european scouts and a data guy, it was a collective thing and unless we were bringing in the whole lot of them I can't say I saw the point given he had never done the job before. Neither of the individuals mentioned have been ever truly allowed to operate in the DoF role as it is meant to be (you know this even if you don't want to admit it) It's fairly obvious that various people have input on things within the club which just leads to chaos like we have now. As for Carlo and James, I remember quite a few people (myself included) being quite sceptical about the appointment and not being 100% convinced it was the right move. As for James, you are aware that he is a huge reason we have the P&S issues we have now, as according to Kirkbride (yes I know you don't like journo's but they tend to know more than you or I do) Brands was in budget that summer and Moshiri over rode him to sign James and appease Ancelotti.
The part about Walsh having a data guy at Leicester made me laugh. I very much doubt we have data guys.

By actually building the stadium and proving people wrong, Mosh now has a vendetta against him by some on here. That’ll teach him
To be honest if the team were qualifying for the CL and had become title contenders I wouldn’t have cared less if the stadium was still just a thought process.
Impressive as BMD is , I support a football club not a property developers

No one is turning a blind eye though are they?

Im just not claiming all our problems are down to this fella and us being "destroyed from within" when Moshiri has pumped a ton of dough in for it to be spent badly by those entrusted to spend it wisely - you cant blame him for that!
So, Benitez and Moshiri are both blameless for our predicament. Who is to blame, exactly?

The buck stops at the top.
As the owner it’s he who makes the decisions , he who makes the appointments.
We are in a worse position now than when he first took over and that is his responsibility for a serious of poor appointments,
If we were successful he would be basking in the praise but since we are not he must face the criticism.
That is both the risk and the reward of taking control of a Football Club.
It’s not for the faint hearted.
