But no one knows the terms of Kenwrights sale to Moshiri - Kenwright potentially could have put in a clause giving him authority to continue on as acting chairman of the club for x amount of years for example - Moshiri would have little to no legal avenue to just egnore and strip him of any power.

Everton FC has always been Bills trainset - dont be naive to think there isn't something like that in the contract of his sale to Mosh - I would bet a lot of money on it.

Now apparently its the worst period in the clubs entire history and we're a club dying! lol

Moshiri could’ve booted Kenwright out after a year of that weird “handover” period that they’d agreed to. He’s still here 6 years later. That is the fault of Moshiri.
