There’s at least one on here who has been pushing for that for the last eight transfer windows ???!Just hope he doesn't go rogue and lash £97m at Zaha.

Not really because we were in a mess when he bought us to save us, which he did, Philip Carter was chairmen back then anyway, Moshiri has taken us back to those dark days with the added humiliation of fighting relegationDid kenwright and the board run up debts what had to be paid by the sales of Rooney and Arteta yes or no ? Simple question
How much debt did Johnson leave behind? Not really because we were in a mess when he bought us to save us, which he did, Philip Carter was chairmen back then anyway, Moshiri has taken us back to those dark days with the added humiliation of fighting relegation
Sticking to facts doesn't make you look a tit, blaming failings of the owner on the previous owner does
Just wanted to put these two side by side, as I'd hate for good comedy to go unnoticed. Not really because we were in a mess when he bought us to save us, which he did, Philip Carter was chairmen back then anyway, Moshiri has taken us back to those dark days with the added humiliation of fighting relegation
Myth. Not really because we were in a mess when he bought us to save us, which he did, Philip Carter was chairmen back then anyway, Moshiri has taken us back to those dark days with the added humiliation of fighting relegation
So your saying Peter Johnson did a good job? If we were in such a good place why didnt anyone else want us?Myth.
When he bought Everton we had zero debt.
We owned Goodison, our training ground and some other properties.
We sold our training ground, built a new one, sold that, rented it back, took a secured loan out on the park end, borrowed against future season ticket revenue and sold a generational talent for absolute buttons.
All the while running up debt as the game was getting flooded with cash.
Yeah, he saved us.
Clap! Clap! Clap!
That wasn't the argument you made.So your saying Peter Johnson did a good job? If we were in such a good place why didnt anyone else want us?
He said judge us at the end of the window. You have to say so far hes true to his word in doing bits in this window.
It's a silly throwaway remark that though. The only reason we go into every season on the back foot is because his years of a lack of strategy leave us frantically trying to plug holes in the squad after the season is underway. We are going to be judged every week on the pitch by how we perform, regardless of what we do in the market by end of the month.
I'll give him credit if and when we finally get to the point where the squad has balance across the pitch, with no glaring weaknesses (like we have now at centre forward), and is ready to hit the ground running at the start of the season.
Mate the debt sky rocketed under kenwright you know it and I know it no point in going over what got sold sourced or leased out to pay that fat [Poor language removed] mishandling of the club because it’s been done to death. I fear you are unsavableNot really because we were in a mess when he bought us to save us, which he did, Philip Carter was chairmen back then anyway, Moshiri has taken us back to those dark days with the added humiliation of fighting relegation
Leave it Mick. Its completely down to him then and not the people he entrusted?

and with 20:20 hindsight are able to use it as a stick to beat him with. If anything Moshiri is too trusting - no-one can doubt he has put serious money into the club, to be let down by almost all in senior positions and often himself by trusting agents. He has wasted a lot of money trusting folk.Everyone thought this in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
