Shows how low our ambitions are these days thanks to Farhads period of decline, no wonder some dont understand what a real legend Sharp is
I don't know how many times I'm going to have to explain this, but sharps status as a footballer for us has nothing to do with his status as a Director/board member.
But as a club legend that still wants to be part of this club, he should be out in that stadium supporting us through thick and thin. Rather then hiding behind kenwrights curtain..

It doesn't really paint a good picture however you want to look at it..

Besides the win during lockdown under Carlo (whom you don't rate), we haven't won there since 1999
Wasn't your sugar daddy Mr. Mediocrity in charge for the entirety of our winless streak there?
Captain 'Good times' is when our ambitions plummeted, with his plucky little Everton rhetoric
We know you know this, so just cough up your payslip, because you must be getting paid for this level of nonsense

Hope this is of interest:

In summary, christ we have spunked some cash on an utter waste of purchases!

Pretty dire reading that in financial terms and the explanation of the Gordon Money being ringfenced for "relegation" is necessary but how did they even get to this point!

To all of us, any business running in this, we can see its destined to eventually fail, its simply unsustainable and hopefully the MSP will as it states open up "money Markets" where re-financing debts makes it more affordable and secures stadium completion funding.

Better oversight from 2 extra shareholders and scrutiny from them should see a vast shift in fiscal policy but it will surely have an on pitch effect even more so than that already felt?

How crap a situation do we find ourselves in here as a Club!!
I may be looking at it too simplistically to be honest but its does not look anything other than piss poor economics and fiscal policy

Thank you so much for this analysis I was trying to work out how it was going to happen if an investor was going to have a 25% stake in Everton if new shares were going to be issued, if Farhad's stake is going to be diluted to 70.6% where is the other 1.5% of shares coming from

Hope this is of interest:

So in summary, due to the MSP investment we should be OK as far as finishing the stadium is concerned, but we are still up a creek without a paddle unless or until there is significant change in the running of the club starting with a clean sweep at boardroom level. Get it done Moshiri.

Hope this is of interest:

The bottom line of this analysis seems to be that Kenwright & cronies remain in situ (despite the addition of 2 non-exec seats from the investors), and we are once again left to "hope" for their removal.

Looks ike its down to the fans to get rid of the parasite

I hope some of these clubs are being looked into. How can Fulham spend that much, have spent a Couple of the last 5 seasons in the championship and don’t make fortunes on their gate. I get we’ve paid high wages and paid off managers. I think Fulham have gone through a few managers as well.

I deal more in facts then opinions, here is a fact for you, if you rated Carlo, who got us a 12th and a 10th place, if you rate him and his work that alone shows how far we declined post Kenwright under Moshiri.
10th and 12th would of been considered a terrible return under Bill, who had us playing at a much higher level then we do now under an inferior owner.

As I posted previously - I had it on good authority that we turned down advances from Middle Eastern investors because they wanted a new board whereas the Yanks are happy for the board to remain on the basis they get seats for 2 of their own guys.

Nothing will change these cats just want to make a profit on the new ground.

Agree, its all Moshiri cares about, not Everton
