It's an interesting one. Giving us away would cut his losses as he's losing tens of millions every year on EPL money. Holding on in the hope of a return is a risky strategy because if it fails he's lost a lot more.

The stadium is the biggest issue here. He has no funding and it isn't finished. From a purely business perspective rather than being a fan, I would asset strip as much as possible, sign the club to a long term rent deal on BMD with a buyout clause for potential new owners.
