Unless someone else comes in to buy Moshiri out I think this looks likely. I could imagine a scenario, where they almost replicate the initial position of MSP, where they convert some of the loans they have given us for 25% of the club, and the remainder of the loan remains as such, Moshiri owns the remainder (until someone buys him out completely), the board composition changes with 777 representation in it and we still remain absolutely skint.
