Just on the idea that Usmanov and Moshiri have hatched some plan to jointly acquire Everton, how exactly will that work? What agreements do you think are in place, and do you think those agreements should be recognised as for example, Moshiri's options agreements are?

Would a reasonable person expect for example, small shareholders to have the right to be aware of such an agreement?

Were small shareholders told of Moshiris takeover?

Have small shareholders been told anything, ever?

Not really. If there is an understanding between the two, then I would expect Moshiri to continue as is, before buying everyone out. At that point it would seem reasonable for Usmanov to offload his Arsenal shares at a point of maximum value and to join our club. As you say it may never happen, but the history of these two suggest that it may well be an option......

It's simple, both are dead in the water at Arsenal, their goal is to be in control of their own Prem club, they have contact with Kenwright over a year or so showing interest through Moshiri, the Americans are going to buy Everton so the time for dithering is over, they had to move to see off the yanks, Usmanov buys Moshiri's shares allowing them both to have Everton as a serious option.

Moshiri and Usmanov are thick as thieves, they love Prem football, their dream is to use their wealth to be major players in European football, that was not happening at Arsenal, I'm absolutely positive Usmanov is not happy at being a sleeping partner in Arsenal, Moshiri certainly wasn't, why would Usmanov be any different.

In the past of course not, however in the light of Moshiri's options agreement being a matter of public record, an agreement for Usmanov to acquire "x" shares might also be similarly recorded - such an agreement is really no different from Moshiri's agreement to acquire further shares from BK, JW and AA. However there is no such public record, and I'd reckon the only reason for such inconsistencies is that no such agreement exists.
