If Mosh, and/or anyone else puts enough money into the club to get us better players, and makes an appointment of a top quality manager that gives us a good chance to win something for once, I don't give two hoots.

I can't wait for the day for when I'm shaking like a dog having a sh1te, with excitement from winning silverware!

In the past of course not, however in the light of Moshiri's options agreement being a matter of public record, an agreement for Usmanov to acquire "x" shares might also be similarly recorded - such an agreement is really no different from Moshiri's agreement to acquire further shares from BK, JW and AA. However there is no such public record, and I'd reckon the only reason for such inconsistencies is that no such agreement exists.

Not if they wished for it to remain private. They can simply announce an agreement once the pieces are in place......

Moshiri can buy his 70%+ and then do as he pleases, he could sell half to Usmanov through a Blue and White holdings deal and that would be that, once Moshiri acquires the controlling stake, then we will see what the plan is.

I find it strange you can't consider Usmanov being part of a plan with Moshiri to acquire their own Prem club.

Which would imply Mr Usmsnov buys his own club yes? Liverpool anyone?

Alternative suggestion, Usmanov just buys into a 50% stake of B and W holdings at the point that Moshiri has complete control of Everton

Perhaps because Moshiri wants to go alone, or at least without Usmanov.

Anyway as with all these things, time will tell.

This is what I would do. Let Moshiri set it all up, get the planning sorted on the new stadium, offer my shares to the Arsenal board at my price or sell to the supporters who would snap them up. Invest in a club that can only go forward with a stadium that will enhance it's value and push it for all it's worth. Owning 30% of Arsenal must be nice, but not even having a seat on the Arsenal board would be a tad disappointing for a major investor......

They are great friends, happy to share the ownership of Arsenal had it come to fruition, but now Moshiri is saying screw you, you stay at Arsenal dead in the water, Everton is all mine, OK.

No-one forced Usmanov to purchase Moshiri's shares in R&W Holdings, what a ridiculous thing to say.
