That Yarmolenko quote can't be real? That's hilarious, I think it's is a hint to say he is listening to us and knows who we want. I like Bill.
 

It's likely Yarmolenko is still in the forefront of his mind as we tried to get him so hard. Undoubtedly, that ship has sailed and after watching him recently, I'm not that fussed.

I quess theres many interesting names out there who could do well with EFC, enlighten me with possible DoFs, ta

Soon I reckon, before end of the month. I would expect transfer targets to be be a question at interview; whoever comes in will be able to hit the ground running.

The ideal would be for Koeman to have identified his major signings and we crack on with those now, and the DoF, especially if it is Monchi, identifies players that can come in and supplement the squad or develop

I have a feeling Koeman certain players in mind now, so he is hitting the ground running. Reckon coming to us has been on his mind for some time and what needs to be done.
 
I could see a new DOF having a limited impact only if brought in during this window, as mentioned Koeman will be starting work on finalising a short-list of players he is interested in based on his assessment of the squad.

I hope that does not mean an appointment will drag out over the summer and beyond. It's much more about implementing lasting structures and systems that will work for the club as opposed to immediate player scouting.
