Agreed. Like I said in earlier thread. He is doing things in an understated 'Everton way'. The difference is his actions speak louder than his words.

They're under no obligation to do so. Eventually there will be a notice placed at Companies House saying the charges have been satisfied.

Why announce it anyway, gives away just how much is being pumped in to the club and means we may be held to ransom over transfers/wages/agent fees.
