i can’t believe the position where in like we’ve got major problems coming at us from everywhere feels like it’s gona come to a head soon

It should’ve come to a head this summer and we should’ve forced this owner out. But because we stayed up the protests stopped again, exactly the same as last year. Wing and a prayer once again hoping we scrape survival this season.

Well we’re not going to be able to afford to own the stadium so no it won’t be.

Mark these words, we will not be playing in that stadium in 5 years time. People like yourself are sooner or later are going to have to come to terms with what this owner is doing to the football club.
Are you saying Bill will find another partner for BMD and launch another Everton Football Club and Athletic Grounds.

That's the point. We are football club first and foremost, a club that requires players to stay in this division

If someone had previously invested in the infrastructure of the club we'd have more income now to have the players of the standard to do this.

Brighton's matchday income is the same as ours before you throw in their sponsorship money for the stadium name.

Southampton earnt the same last season.

How are we supposed to be consistently ahead of these clubs if you don't invest. The answer is your short term fix will just see us at that point further down the road. It sucks especially when we could have had this for 30 million back with KD but it is a necessary evil and there will never be a good time to do it.

By ensuring the team is capable to maintain its position in the premier league; clever recruitment is the main point.

The stadium is weight around our neck and we are struggling to stay above water. There no point someone throwing you a lifeline if you're at the bottom of the ocean

Moshiri is a nobody. No connections or contacts. Most clubs using Saudi transfers to run rings around ffp. Forest openly laughing at the rules.

He is a patsy and a proxy for a sanctioned oligarch and has no power, wealth or influence. Why aren't we forcing this joker out?

I'm going to guess he sell the stadium company to an private equity firm to finish the build and rent us the stadium.

i think moshiri is more interested in getting his own money back before paying for the staduim i might be going over board but it’s no skin if off his nose if the thing doesn’t get finished he doesn’t even live in the city ,

One and the same thing at the moment, default's on the stadium build or we go into administration then he gets hardly anything back. We know there was a shortfall by 25 million due to MSP having to pull out.

Let's also remember that the headline 22 million and 7 million figures and throw a loan fee for Maupay probably means the club have got what 8 million? at best today in the bank. It's not like the bank is bulging. We'll hopefully have a bit of cash for Jan.

i might be miles off but i think a takeover must be close and this doe they’ve made from sales is getting used to keep the club going day to day cos why would you put anymore money into something what your about to get rid of

Mate we just got in a decent striker with a buy now pay later deal isn't that the definition of clever recruitment? But you cannot do that consistently and you cannot have it both ways, we need the wage bill to come down so there are funds to do business in these windows.

We don't know what the accounts look like and what the demands of other clubs and players are. We've thrown enough Hail Mary's in the past and this is also why we are in this state. Sometimes you have to trust the people in charge to have looked at budget, the quality of player they can get and come to a decision that might not be what we want to hear.

That's one deal in 6 years

The decision to change recruitment should have been made years ago, but we've continued to plough money into pointless transfers and wages whilst going ahead with a £750m build.
