Newcastle has done nothing, all they did is got hold of Big Sam so Bolton lose a good manager and fall back down to bottom half of the table.

The way Newcastle do things, god knows when they going to be success again, I don't care how good a manager they employ with such a little time, the result won't show, unless they are like Chelsea and buy a world class squad in the summer and they could be up there in the first season.

I think it's a big mistake to fire big Sam, he is no miracle worker he's going to need 2~3 years to improve the squad to do better in the league, well, if Newcastle carry on treating there manager like that who the hell would fancy manage there team.

In the future, the new manager would add a cause in the contract saying you cannot fire me within 3 years, no matter how badly the team is doing in the league, or else who would want to come in.
