Allardyce's downfall was that he had us safe well before the end of the season but still chose to serve up that mind numbing football rather than being more expansive. He had the opportunity to show us what a full season under him might look like, and in spite of the short memories on here, he showed us we'd be watching abysmal football every single weekend hence us wanting him out.

Contrast to Dyche, where even if we've looked bad we've still mostly had a go in most games
