Not sure why people are even worried tbh. His last stint as Manager was 26 games, 4 wins, 7 draws, 15 losses which is a 15% win rate and a relegation. The fella he is replacing even had a 25% win rate.

Getting him in does the rest of us relegation fodder a favour.
Yeah I'm not so sure about that. He's a recognized name, and a manager that gets players working for him. After how bad Marsch and Gracia have been, who knows how the players might react to him. They only need a short term bounce to survive and that's a possibility now, whereas with Gracia they were completely dead in the water. I still think they'll go down, but they at least have a chance of survival now.

Personally, I just can’t see some mad revival.

He lost his untarnished reputation of Survival “Expert”, when he took West Brom down, and he was extremely flat in doing so. They took a lot of pastings.

The problem with his stint here, is that we weren’t really going to go down that season, he’d been on a terrible run, just needed a springboard and we subsequently backed him in the January with Tosun, Walcott and Mangala.

He comes into a Leeds side which isn’t known for its physicality, is mentally shot and have a goalkeeper who’s turned into a sieve.

Our situation is bad, but I think Leeds are probably equally perilous at this stage.

A ghastly character.

I remember a video of a West Ham fan sincerely warning Everton fans about what the gravy guzzling slug would do to us and how we played. Detestable anti-football from Leeds for the rest of the season.

I just hope we aren't playing them next season as we avoid the drop to the Championship.

To be fair, it's worth the gamble for them. From a business point of view.
10 men behind the ball and hope for a couple of draws.
if they get 2 draws, they will probs stay up.
Worse case scenario, he probs has them in the playoffs at least next season.
Shame fir the fans though, having to pay good money to watch what he serves up.

I just cant see Leeds been able to defence no matter who is in charge, even if Big Sam tried to put every player behind the ball lol, in the same way i just cant see Leeds been able to not attack the way they do either, even with him.

Worst lyrics and song I have ever heard that mate.
