I dont mind Sam...he plays to his strengths with the team and players he has and does well with them. There's no point in trying to make Blackburn play like Barca because they dont have the personel. So he plays to their strengths - big, strong players with height and hammer the other team in the air. Worked for Bolton (got them into Europe)...kept Blackburn in the prem and the way things are going with us probably finish above us too.

Bit surprised to see him go.

Oh FFS of course he is. This is far from his greatest season (it may very well be his last) but we play far superior stuff to [Poor language removed] like blackburn and stoke.

As others have put, I don't know what chairmen expect. Ridiculous decision.
 
I'm honestly not seeing "far superior stuff" from Everton under Moyes, and I never have. Just negative tripe.

So in that respect Moyes is not much of a step up from Allardyce in that he sets up a certain way and grinds out results. The pretty, indecisive passing up until the 18 yard box doesn't fool me - we still hoof it long whenever possible, normally Jagielka aiming for Cahill.

Apart from not scoring and generally being a bit gay around the box, we've been playing some nice stuff. This is in addition to some wonderful football played last season.

By all means, moan about being [Poor language removed] but comparing the standard of football between Moyes and Allardyce is vast.
 
Every team uses the " tactic " of launching the ball from their penalty box to the opponents one at times. Sam seemed to use that as his " only " tactic for 90 mins....." Lads, lump the ball to their box, see where it lands , then do something."
 
I'll bet that wherever he rocks up his lapdog/ serial spitter/ woman beater/ false racism accuser, will not be far behind to denegrate the name of a once proud institution.

Go to Africa Sam, you seem to like their players and if you head over there you can have as many as you like.
