Old Wembley was great but new Wembley is crap really crap. Still though, i'd love to see us finally win another trophy down there all the same!
Never went old one, but new one isn't all that. Mind you it was the FA Trophy (wrexham v bromley) and I spent all but the last 20 mins with my head glued to Five Live - and my heart going like the clappers when Villa got their second at City.

Oh god, seriously. Fk last season to hell! Even when we were safe, the agony lasted right up until the dying dregs of Real v RS.

An old colleague and die hard gooner quit going when they moved, couldn't stand the lack of atmosphere, got himself a season ticket at Fulham for the rest of his years.
They did a similar thing in the Aussie Rules football. All the teams in Melbourne used to have their own unique home grounds, but greed sort of took over. The AFL wanted all the games played at grounds that could cater for bigger crowds.

So all the suburban grounds were gradually phased out, and now all the Melbourne based clubs play their games out of two grounds the MCG and the Docklands stadium. People like @Sinski and @Jeff Jones would have mixed feelings about this at the time i'm sure.
