fernandes didnt turn it on in every game - he was responsible for the chelsea stamford bridge league goal.
hes good, he isnt the best, but hes good.
id like us to sign him, but i'll put my boot on and play blinders before i castigate the club and how its run over the potential signing of one player.
where did rationality go?
He's better than Osman, he's as skillful as Arteta and he has a better shot than Cahill or Carsley. He is 22, and seen as the brightest hope since Ronaldo. To me that is a big loss, and yes I am going to lament it. As I want to be entertained and at the moment I am not.

good grief, remember tact?
"Its low, and to be honest its just typical Portugese"
as everton fans we have been through some very hard times, and after those - some very very hard times. I am not prepared to got nuts just now, things arent perfect, but what is perfect? we are improving and thats it. expectation and the tempering there of is the name of the game.
get cahill in midfield with jags and watch wenger cry.
No one is saying he is the messaiah, but he's still better than Osman. Osman has peaked and is just a player, nothing more nothing less. Fernandes is a revelation for his country and is a quality player.
Ronaldo doesn't track back but some would say he was the reason why they won the Premiership.
I think this just sounds like sour grapes for a player we are now not going to sign, yet when we were signing him it was all good times.
The boy has obvious ability, and I would have that over what Osman produces any day of the week. We have enough players to defend, and sometimes I think we as a team are too defensive, so it wouldn't harm to have an attack minded player in the side.
You say you know about football, when then you must know that guts and guile are not the only requirement for quality premiership stars. Its not the old days.
