I'm actually pretty excited for 23. Getting the next-gen version on PC + all the World Cup business = nice.

If the AI is reasonably fun to play against, I might even put in the time to take a lower-tier team and try to get them into the PL.

There were rumours that FIFA were talking to another company to make a game in 2024, but they may not get the leagues and teams that EA has exclusive agreements with.

it'd be good for another series to have a go. FIFA vs PES is so stale now.

This is Football had a go back in the mid-00's...no contenders since then.

As a VR-player i'd be interested how VR-footie might work. Had a good FIFA 18 sesh playing on 'pro'-view controlling just one single player...was actually the most fun i've had on a football game since the PS2 Pro Evo days. Was quite realistic: had to look for runs, make myself available for a pass, look for players with space...all that good stuff.

I haven't updated the game for a while but last time I checked the CA was 133 and PA was - 8 which means he could get a PA between 140-160 iirc.
