Well if the rumours are true I wouldn't be totally against it. Surely even at his age he can do a better job than Harrison against a crap Southampton team at home.

Not sure who is being less serious here, but Goodison is a football stadium and inviting anyone who we think can give it a “send off” is not really thinking about what Goodson means. The football whether it’s been good or bad, should be all that’s being celebrated.
Maybe let the existing stadium staff, Everton in the Community, the remaining living legends on the pitch to give a talk about the memories with some competent compère (not you rossy lar soz)
Inviting a fella who hasn’t stepped foot in Goodison for years is a bit of a desperate and unedifying request, there is probably generations of families who have contributed to the Goodison experience who have more to offer.

The only members that have managed to get 18 home games this season through buying tickets via membership are the very people they are trying to stop....the bots and the touts.
If anyone at Everton actually tried to get a ticket for a game through membership this season they would realise anyone who had been successful 18 times was extremely fishy!!
Agree entirely it’s a joke this digital world. Told I need 15 home games , had an op on my leg recently so was unable to attend. Now impossible, give the loyal human fans a chance. Been a member since 2018 but not a chance of getting a waiting list place. This has been far the worse year been watching 50 years always been able to get a ticket. There phasing the older loyal supporters out in favour of corporate hotel hospitality packages. Fed up old fart!!!
Yes, my impression of the email that I got about the ballot for the last home game at Goodison (southampton) is that they have already sold all the remaining tickets to the highest corporate bidders. There are actually none left for members. It's clear as the criteria in my view is almost impossible.
It has been getting harder and harder to get a ticket. This season was, as you say, by far the worse. Hopefully the increased capacity even with increased season ticket and hospitality packages will make next season a little easier (at least for those of us paying £35 a year membership just to have any chance)

These ticket tout bots are cashing in on the demand this season as it’s the last at Goodison. I would have thought it will be much easier to get a ticket next season.
