Capital project costs are completely separate, they have nothing to do with our losses regarding P&S
Correct, makes no odds.

Listed separately at the bottom of the Profit and Loss account. The only question mark is how much do Everton spending their academy annually? £10m, £15m? That could be a missing piece of the jigsaw.

Depreciation is Listed in the accounts, so presumably is Tangible Fixed Asst Impairment and Intangible Fixed Asset Impairment and Amortisation excluding Player Sales.

Community Expenditure listed in Community Trust on CH, the relevant bit is Charitable Expenditure and Women's Team you can extrapolate a few figures from the Accounts

Like you understand the accounts we publish every year.

They may as well be written in Mandarin, fam.

The concept of profit and loss is not difficult to understand at all? Neither is the Premier League rule that states you’re allowed to make losses of no more than £105m over a 3 year rolling period.

I am in @Goat camp. I thought we were charged with sommet up to the 21/22 season/accounts. Or 20/21.

Sadly not.

“In accordance with Premier League Rule W.82.1, the Premier League confirms that it has today referred an alleged breach of the League’s Profitability and Sustainability Rules by Everton Football Club to a Commission under Premier League Rule W.3.4,” it said. “The assessment period for which it is alleged that the Club is in breach is the period ending Season 2021/22.”

If its not difficult to understand, then maybe you can tell me how we didnt breach P&L rules while posting loses of 372m over 3 years, when the threshold is 105m.

We did breach PL rules hahaha that’s why we’ve been “working closely” with them for the past year and they’ve been scrutinising every bit of business we do. We should be grateful they even gave us a second chance, which we’ve completely shat all over.

Yes, and the 2021/22 accounts will show if we’ve broken the rules for that year after the PL essentially gave us a second chance. It really isn’t complex at all.

Surely all the following accounts will demonstrate is the trajectory of here the club is going after 2021/22...which will be a reduction in the club's losses...just as next years accounts will show a further reduction.

I think that trajectory should be allowed to give context to how the club operated in 2021/22.

It'd be asburd if that wasn't given weight.

As I said, we’ll have a clearer picture when we see the actual accounts. They can’t kick that can down the road for much longer as they have to be made public by April.
