it's 31 March. We have to be allowed to build a defence. There has to be a process where we are either guilty or not. Then they need to decide a punishment. That takes time.

You would think the only outcome possible if there is to be a conclusion this season would be one broadly agreed by both parties ie we may agree to a fine or some formal restrictions. Something as cataclysmic as a points deduction would surely rumble on much longer.
