There are a multitude of arguments that could be made, in addition to the one you have outlined. We could argue the commission is not independent. That the PL members are acting with a conflict of interest. That the findings are not consistent with other offences etc.

I'm not saying any of this could happen. I'm merely pointing out the possibility exists.

If you're too close minded to see it, that's on you I'm afraid.

This is the same organisation, that has let another side breach over 100 rules, for over a decade, without a single punishment. They need to be seen to show that a punishment for us breaking 1 rule is proportionate to that.

How could we argue that the commission isn't independent?

The Premier League appoints a panel of professionals who are used in disciplinary cases. Those professionals are vetted by all of the clubs before they are appointed. We had ample opportunity to state those individuals had question marks over their independence.

You are just inventing arguments because you keep losing on the stupidity you come out with.

No I'm not stating anything. I am having an abstract argument about the feasible boundaries of what is possible.

You tried to tell people we couldnt go to court, then accepted we could.

You then tried to say we couldnt do it while a PL investigation was ongoing. We can. The only other team charged has.

You dont understand at all about this process.

"You cant go to court"- completely disproven by the fact the previous side charged went to court.

Every case that has gone to court has received the same response. You have no legal case.
