You are a clever guy, and that's why you are avoiding the question.

Theres not a single legal system, outside of a tin pot dictatorship, that allows the prosecution to select the jury and judge.

The idea that you are claiming it's the highest level of independence is utter tosh. You're not thick.

It is appalling practice, and no longer system has a similar system (hence why you havent been able to name one, despite being asked 4 times).

Imagine not being able to answer the simple question of "where else is the same legal system used"? The fact it's not used anywhere else, and wouldnt be used anywhere else is a huge red flag.

The Football League when they believed that Chansiri had mislead them they wanted up to 12 points For the overspend and 9 for the aggravated breach. Even threatened relegation as a matter of course and to push for a ban for Chansiri and his mates.

I can't see anything to suggest they have misled the PL. They were very transparent with the PL.
