The disrepute rule being quoted is the catch all rule and is an FA rule and not PL rule although PL clubs by affiliation are bound by FA rules.

Had any charge been incoming from the FA it would have fallen into the general behaviour category Here the Fa Rules say:

Rule E3.1 states: “A Participant shall at all times act in the best interests of the game and shall not act in any manner which is improper or brings the game into disrepute or use any one, or a combination of, violent conduct, serious foul play, threatening, abusive, indecent or insulting words or behaviour.”

My point remains it’s as obvious, as clear cut as you suggest then I truly believe that charges would have followed but this rule by and large revolves around breeches of another rules such as betting .

You would think that the actions were improper so again if it’s that obvious why weren’t the clubs charged?

It is indeed a “ game of wait and see” and whilst everyone that’s posting on here is speculating, has opinion, makes sweeping statements the process will of course have to play out

Every time he posts he sounds more and more like that Villa “supporter” a while ago who apparently knew more about Everton and their problems than he did about what went on at Villa!
Strange this one has appeared once the Villa one disappeared!
Can never get my head around so called fans of other clubs spending the amount of time they do preaching to Evertonians about Everton!

Mate with all respect, taking opinion or advice from a supporter of a team that just blew the best part of a Billion Large and will inevitably will face charges of their own is like a Turkey voting for Crimbo.

The fact you lot still being in existence IMO is mad after the Tories bailed you out over Abramovich, one thing i know for sure is they would not do the same for us!
