A cream custard, a world war 2 hand grenade, pooh from a dog with a dodgy belly all served in a pool of scum after pressure washing a 4x4 that's just been on safari.

Hope your gran gets well and out of hospital soon and then you can laugh at the food served.

Which NHS establishment is she in ?
 
So it’s “Mediterranean pasta bake with french mash and peas”

Why are peas in one solid lump and why do they look like they have been cooked in a plastic mould lol

Also wtf is “french mash” and why is made to look like a shortbread.

So many questions

Not defending the presentation of that meal in any way but, the critical factors are surely... was it tasty, filling and did she enjoy/finish it ?

I'd guess she is on a pureed or soft food only diet because these look like food molds.

They puree the peas, then use a mold to make the pea puree look like peas. Common for patients that may have problems swallowing after some surgery/procedures, stroke, etc.
