I'm intrigued, though not exactly overflowing with breakfast ingredients.

Food heaven in a seafood restaurant last week in Ferragudo near Portimao in Portugal.
Prawns in garlic, grilled baby squid, clams in garlic and wine and sole fillets, I love seafood and this was the most amazing lunch.

Squid ink pasta with prawns, garlic and chilli from Portugal again

One of my favourite food things, barbecue Portuguese sardines.

I like Quorn, never thought I'd say that, becoming a vegetarian is a bit expensive though and I am utterly clueless on veggie dishes.
The mince and the sausages aren’t bad but I’m not a fan of their version of chicken pieces. The nuggets and things like that are ok though. Try Down the Hatch on Duke street if you want to get some veggie/vegan ideas. They do an unbelievable salt an pepper not chicken. Or Egg Cafe is good to

Advertising agency : "So chaps, what's synonymous with Brazil ?"
"Er, how about Exeter ?"
"Yeah, that'll do, trebles all round !"

Been using Quorn since late 80s, much improved now, but it's best used in something to hide it's texture, curries etc, or as smaller pieces (mince) in chilli, cottage pie, bolgnese, good stuff.

I tend to use it in Chilli’s and things like that. saying that I don’t mind the sausages with mash. They aren’t as good as a real sausage but they aren’t bad. I can imagine it’s come on a long way since the 80s

So much better. First time I came across it was about 88, quorn tikka massala, was quite springy, but bear in mind there was nothing else around then so it was a revelation**

**there were only 7 vegetarians in the UK and vegans hadn't been invented ;)
