To be honest mate I kind of just wish they’d charge a fair price for meat that was reflective of the price it costs to produce it. It’s such a subsidised industry and I think it’s the only way to really drastically drive down consumption of it. If you give most people the option they’ll carry on eating meat for every meal. Then I suppose it becomes a more political issue in regards to pricing out the poorThis is where I am, more a flexitarian a the moment but my meat consumption has gone down drastically. Although it is a conscious choice as I don't agree with how animals are mass farmed and some of the conditions they are in. I also read about speciesism which hit home a bit as well. I love animals like dogs and wouldn't eat them so why lambs and cows.
Anyway, I would never preach to anyone what diet they can consume, mine is just a choice to slowly convert.
