Half and half scarves. The people who buy them should be put on some kind of law enforcement watch list

With one exception for me - they weren't a thing back then but I would love to have an Everton Bayern scarf from 85. Greatest game ever at Goodison, and DG I was there. The fans got on great.

Things that other football fans do that make you cringe.

I'll get us started...

West Ham fans who do this;

Rangers fans referring to themselves as Bears.

Those pathetic "can I have your shirt" signs
Almost as bad as when people who get pics with boxers with that raised fist pose. Massive cringe ! Even worse when its just pics from an amateur boxing night , proper bad helmets

Mindless cliches
‘If Messi would have scored that…’
‘He’s put his body on the line there’
‘Football is like a religion round here’

Fantasy formations

Newcastle United
I'm guessing you don't like 'Fletch' on Bt sport then... can literally hear him saying all those in my head ha

People who go to non league football and think its boss and saying it was better than watching actual proper professional.

Probably done it myself in the past but I’m no longer a virgin.
It's definitely fun to watch, its not better than proper professional in footballing terms but it's a different experience.
I try and go to a fair few Welsh football league games and there's no way a team of part time plumbers from Bala is better than watching the prem. Buts it's a good laugh and nice evening all the same.
