Kinda feel bad for Devries, waited so long for a run at F1 but completely flops when he gets it.

Not surprising though, he’s a perfect example of how piss weak the talent pool for f1 and motorsport is… although to be fair same goes for Danny Ric to a leaser extent. If the talent pool was competitive he would not be getting given second chances.

But it’s not, it’s awful so lucky him. It will be interesting to see how he does vs Tsunoda (who is also lucky to still be in F1 given his performances).

I think I would just about be able to rise above it if I were (effectively) a three time F1 world champion and paid millions for the privilege.

You could just imagine him doing this in real life too.

The thing is with online racing you never know if someone else caused the crash by knocking the other person into you OR a net glitch and so on. I can understand the afters once you've seen all the replies and you've been done but this is just entitlement.

A report claims there is "well-founded doubt" that once more not every team will be given the green light on F1 2022 cost cap compliance.

Haha well the sims i play you would literally get banned for intentional wrecking, Max would have got a lengthy ban as well had it not been a private league race rather than a public race on the service. I remember Scott Speed got banned from iRacing for something similar a few years back.

Some context is that the guy who shunted him at T1 is kinda famous for having no racecraft and wrecking people so it was basically 2 people who drive like ****s wrecking each other lol. Good point about netcode though, that said because it was such a big race he would have had team mates spotting for him etc who could have told him if it was netcode or not.

As per I know little to nothing compared to some of the more seasoned fans in here so with Hamilton grabbing pole does that mean we've actually got a race for 1st this afternoon? Or is it more the new tyre allocation rules for qualifying mixing it up a bit?
