Rep is the key. It always will be. Even as we speak, in the everton forum, there will be lads spouting utter tripe and not having to face the consequences. Snidey is a washed up old hack who's skills are no longer necessary. Goat is popular. Negging, proper negging, used to keep people in check.

I agree with what others have said, the return of neg rep would help clear the ground of any and all dead weight, it would also help the mods in keeping order, the fact that theres a like button and not a dislike button kinda breeds and festers the attitude that the trolls and bells like to habitat.
