I agree with what others have said, the return of neg rep would help clear the ground of any and all dead weight, it would also help the mods in keeping order, the fact that theres a like button and not a dislike button kinda breeds and festers the attitude that the trolls and bells like to habitat.

Registration has been closed on rawk for about a year.

It's literally impossible for a new member to join that site. What it is instead is the same users from a year ago talking only to themselves with no new input allowed.

Ask yourself if you think that's a more accurate description of GOT or of other forums.
