Frank Lampard is a useless manager

After watching Everton the past few years I'm pretty good at spotting clubs that packed their bags in Feb. He's not a good manager in the prem (championship maybe?) but there isn't really anyone gonna turn them around this year.

Potter isn't the next Wenger but he's not a stooge either. The team straight up quit. Not sure why anyone would take that jerb.

Watched them against Madrid, and just like other games when Potter was there, their entire build up is to create some space on the wing, and when the ball gets to the winger....he cuts back to the full back or inside to the centre mid, because they have nobody who can cross and nobody to get on the end of a cross. Absolute shambles.

Talks a good game for sure.
Had a good game, as a player...unfortunately talking one won't cut it as the boss in a results business that gets scrutinized to the N'th degree on a weekly basis. Shame, as he'd be on a rocket to the moon otherwise if he could combine them. I still like the guy on a "only seen on TV" level. The fact this thread is still going on is pathetic though, IMHO.

Personally I haven't got an issue with Frank. The fact we didn't give him the right tools clears his time here for me.

That said if he can't get results at Chelsea it shows that whatever we may have given him it still wouldn't have been enough. However had we got a striker in January 1st it may have pulled us up from the death spiral, lifted everyone, gave Lampard a bit of zip and one of those defeats turned into a win. If that happens and suddenly a bit of confidence comes back instead what happened in reality where we kept losing and chunks were eroded from the team and himself leaving him not knowing which way is up to get out of it.

How much of that right now is Lampard being found out as a manager or if Everton broke him, like above with the forward he never got, we'll never know. Hopefully he starts winning again for his sake.
