Both serial trophy winners & both coming towards the end of their careers with a club needing to pay off BMD / FFP troubles in the short to medium term.

The only difference is Ancelotti had the luxury of a summer transfer kitty, no plague of injuries & support from the fanbase. Had he had the same hand of cards that Benitez had been dealt he'd have been potted before he done a bunk.
