Any manager that snubs Michael Keane is the one for me.
A friend of mine said at the end of last season "if Everton have any sense, you'll bin him now you are safe and get a proper manager in. He'll have you in the crap by November, save yourself the pain".
He's a West Brom fan and I didn't really want to have him proved right, but he's seen it a lot. Shoulda listened and started a Lampard Out movement in hindsight.
