I’d back him in the circumstances.

- Couldn’t get the defence right at Chelsea

- Fell out with Rudiger

If he can’t defend, then he’s no good, simple as that. We really need a manager that knows how to defend.

Our current defence is currently hamstrung by the wankest midfield in Europe tho. Improving the non-existent midfield should technically improve the defence.

Had a vast amount of decent defenders though, he was constantly chopping and changing and couldnt decide what his best back four was.
