He’s not a blue anyway. He referred to us in the 3rd person earlier.
Funny you should say that.

2.5 year deal is good, long enough to allow a guy to try and build something long term and short enough to not be as catastrophically costly as sacking other managers has been for us post-Moyes.

What he will need is the full backing of the fan base. We are in a relegation battle , the players need us, don't think they don't read social media, where blues are in open warfare.
I'm hoping Frank will learn from previous jobs with regards his qualities.
I'm OK with Lampard, hoping he does well for us. I am tired of being apathetic about Everton, I am sick of taking stick from my mates about our boys. I hate seeing the poor players in our team under performing.
I want my football club back, If Frank does that and is successful enough that he is still manager when we get to our new stadium, then it works for me.
Would love to see an upturn, it's been a rotten time for us all.

I get that football is a sport for the working class but still

Football is increasingly becoming less of a sport for the working class, with many clubs increasing ticket prices across the board pricing out the working class in England, shady billionaires and foreign countries coming in and buying clubs left right and centre to whitewash their money, stuff like the Super League and the World Cup being hosted in Qatar, and so forth.

Come on Blues, we don't need anymore s.h.one.t about the rights and wrongs. No one else would come anywhere near us as we are in a serious mess. JUST GET BEHIND THE TEAM AND THE MANAGER WILL YOU ALL?

He isn't Benitez or Fat Sam (or Koeman) - let's at least be grateful for that

Welcome to Everton Frank. Forget about trophies and european places for now. What we need Frank to do, is to sort out this mess of a football club, and leave it in a strong position going forward.

As for the but he's a tory stuff. Well i honestly couldn't give a flying eff once Everton are doing well, and i say this as a person who's political leanings are very much liberal. Best of luck Frank, i hope you do a great job for us.

So let's do it and get behind our great football club
