i think Lampard is influenced by performance and professionalism in training. Sadly, I got the impression he was persuaded by Patterson last game for Scotland where he again impressed but injury happened soon after.

Maybe Lampard found a formula that worked against Chelsea & Leicester that could’ve been deployed in earlier games but should’ve been discarded at Watford (he said the players ‘were frustrated at not being allowed to run forward’).
