I like how he has been honest about our away form and the inconsistency in performances home vs. away.

It doesn't mean anything in itself but there is a openness there about our level rather then just ignoring it or offering simplified and lazy soundbytes in response. I like how he has hooked Gomes since Soton. We have to have accountability for poor performance like that.
