Whether its worked or not - there is absolutely zero possibility that playing 2 in midfield with this current squad will EVER work - We've been watching that particular formation fail for years

Again, we have tried this, and it hasn’t worked. We haven’t looked any better with 3 in midfield than we did with 2, not even slightly better. In my opinion not having full backs that can get up and down the pitch is hurting us more than having 2 or 3 in midfield.

Again, I’ll repeat. ALL of our players are crap.

Given the paucity of options available I think he needs to be pragmatic until we can get safe(hopefully).
My preference would be for a 4-3-3 at home and 4-5-1 away…he can experiment when we have the required points.
He’s been naive in thinking the players are better than they actually are but hopefully him and his coaching staff can see what needs to be done.

James would have wanted absolutely nothing to do with our plight at present (if he was fit to play over half the season).

Benard was useless mate - Townie replaced him and has scored 7 goals and bagged numerous assists on half Benards wage.
