Too many of our players lack at least 2 of these traits.
Out of them all the very least expected is effort. Especially for a cup QF. Lampard is calling some out on that - so we shouldn't ever see these in a blue shirt again.
Unfortunately too many don't have basic ability - and that's the main reason we are watching the same old rubbish.
It takes a special manager to get results when the players are just not good enough and are never going to get better.
