Look at Marco Silva. He's won the championship by Christmas they already have the flipflops on ready for the prem. He failed with us when we had a better squad than this.

We are trusting lampard on the back of finishing 6th in championship with Derby... and being Frank Lampard.

He has my support. But the proclamations by some that he's defo going to turn us around and get us up the table are completely baseless.
This is a Fulham team that’s been up twice in recent seaons and spent 100mil the fist seaon they came up.

Yes he’s doing a great job, but it’s like Frank managing Everton in the championship next season.

I agree. We do have to give him a few seasons. I agree to that on any manager we bring in.

On the other hand we have giving an unproven young fella the job of firstly steering this apathetic over paid crap team away from relegation... some job to be laying on an unknown. I think we have enough to scrape it. Even if he has zero experience in it.

It's the couple of years we are trusting him to oversee a complete overhaul that has me worried. Like a massive change of personal and replace it with his own side and get us challenging. A 3 year project in my eyes if not more of getting a lot of decisions right. I agree we need to give him time since we hired him. But some job for an inexperienced unproven lad.
I have a few concerns about him, which I hope he makes me look stupid on, but one of the things I do think he's been good at in his career is spotting and developing young players. So in that sense I think if he's given 2-3 seasons we might well have a younger squad with potential and sell-on value.

I enjoy his enthusiasm about the club.
When we score, it's as if he has scored. It feels as he's emotionally invested, which is a start.

For me, because he cares, regardless of stay or drop please keep him. We need stability and a pattern of play, and in particular some passion.

Im confused. What positions did you see those players in and what positions do you think they should have been in ?
Really, what game was you watching
Coleman is a right back next wing back
Holgate is a right footed player and not suited to playing left side of a back three.
Godfrey is more comfortable on the left, not right
Gordon playing wide left when he is more productive wide right.
Richarlison is not a central striker but more productive playing off the left

Nailed it there with holgate. Thats the reason he never got an England call up.
