Lampard isn’t even something we can say the club got wrong. The fans wanted him and we we’re wrong. He’s as clueless as Rafael.

Fans not being at away games. We had our best away form in years because their was no fans and we benefited massively.

I actually think Ancelotti could get through to this lot and inspired calmness. Frank has them fired up at times, but they don't look to be able to use it in a controlled way.

Benitez probably just made himself madly unpopular.

Injuries mostly, you know that as well as I do, and the loss of Iceland obviously hurt
