I find it amazing there are Everton fans who still think we should stick with him. And some even if he takes us down think he should be trusted to “rebuild”. He’s a chancer who hasn’t done well in previous jobs but has got a free pass from any criticism because his golden generation mates dominate TV punditry. Most football fans hate the generation of flash phoney failures that emerged just as football got ruined by commercialism and glitz and see Frank as just one more of that fetid backslapping mob. He should never have got the job here. As bad a decision as Benitez

It’s good to be able to laugh at reality mate, it will serve you well.

I wouldn’t wholly disagree with you on the coward front, ironically you will find a thread by me called Cowards FC on here I think I started four years ago after a game vs Burnley.

From the manager point of view, I’ll give him some slack as I don’t think he’s had a full deck since he’s been here, infact we’ve been decimated on availability, across all lines. If we’re gash with a full deck I’ll agree with you, but I’m prepared to give him the benefit.

I know. But the original post said how hes hated by other fans. Well its two clubs fans tbh. Two main ones.
 
Nobody really wants another manager change, but it’s gotten to the point where Lampard has got next to nothing out of them and we’re sleepwalking in to the championship. A last desperate roll of the dice is unfortunately needed. That might not work either, but it also just might.
 
You expect to get a new manager "bounce". We have got a "thud".
Utterly clueless , and unable to motivate our players , many of who are wasters anyway. What is it now , just over half a point a game , over a largely favourable fixture list ?.
Unfortunately he has no experience either.
In my view we are going down.
The only chance that we have is to make Big Dunc a more central figure , to instil a bit more fight. It's how to do that without totally making Frank a laughing stock. Having said that , in our current situation who cares ?
What did we expect though , appointing a manager who had a squad struggling , who another manager turns into Champions League within half a season.

We can blame Lampard all we want, well in fairness most aren't, what really options does he have? Play Rondon ahead of DCL, Gray or Gordon. He's tried 5 at the back, 4 at the back, 2 up top. Different combinations. Benitez tried different approach but players downed tools.....

We spent years being skint, we got a billionaire that we always wanted and wasted it. Poor management choices, poor recruitment.

Make no mistake about it, other fans are having a right laugh at us and the predicament we are in. We gloated and released chart topping songs. Haven't won a trophy since 1995..

I'm so sad for the younger fans, I've at least seen some success, but I said a month ago that this side terrified me more than the Mike Walker and Howard Kendall side of 1998, we have a terrible combination of players, nobody in this side will give 7/10 performances week in week out. The last 2 games have actually been better than our previous performances, but 18 defeats now and I can't see how we survive.

Wouldn’t surprise me at all if we finish bottom either.

I think it’s more likely we just go down without a whimper - right now I can’t see how we even take it to the last game!
