No it isn't.

Top coaches improve players and create a system that hides a team's weaknesses whilst accentuating its positives. Has Lampard improved any of our players ?

Has he made us better organised at the back, improved the midfield, or has he made us score more goals. Of course, he hasn't. That is his job and he has failed.

He has just taken a blinkered view and tried to force a style of play on us that simply doesn't suit the players at his disposal. When it has failed he has thrown the
players under the bus. Game management is the hallmark of top coaches. Lampard hasn't got a clue. His substitutions are terrible and he doesn't even try and close games out.

West Ham and Burnley away epitomise Lampard. A point in each game would have seen us 5 points clear of Burnley. Instead we went toe to toe in both games and ended up with zero points. 9 games and Lampard is still to register a draw. It is nothing new at Chelsea in his first season it was P 38, Won 20, Drew 6 and Lost 12. Basically win or bust.

When you are in a relegation battle you hold what you have.
He hasn’t had a settled squad you simpleton due to injuries and suspensions so how’s he meant to do that when he doesn’t know who he has week to week

Look at Sunday, had his line up sorted and had to change it last second when Van De Beek pulled up, we’ve had Allan missing for the last 3 which would have made a difference, we’ve had Mina out etc

That’s would show forward planning, our club couldn’t find its own ass with both hands, never mind plan something.
If we are going to appoint a new manager, it would help to have one lined up in replacement first; not sure it constitutes 'forward planning' when the "plan" is basically to run back to Fireman Sam begging for help, hoping enough cash in his pocket washes away any bad feeling that may still be there.

If he did come back and we went down, we'd all be screaming the fat gravy guzzler did it out of spite.

I'm not even going to entertain anyone who talks about Lampard getting the boot after watching the last 2 games where we've set up fine, created chances, missed sitters and gifted the type of goals relegation fodder teams gift.

But we haven't set up fine. Opposition teams find it ridiculously easy to get in behind our attacking full backs who really aren't good at attacking. They then benefit greatly from central defenders having defend when turning and running back towards their own goal. That leads to awkward body shapes and shanked clearances and poor touches. We very rarely have a backline across the field all behind the ball and facing forward when the opposition is attacking the box or byline. We are constantly reacting to teams getting in behind.

It's not something that's only been apparent with Lampard's defensive organisation at Everton. The guys got a track record of defensive susceptibility.

Something our club has failed to do every single time. One of the reasons we are in this state. If they did sack Lampard they’d probably spend the whole break pondering a replacement like they have almost every time.

I'd half expect Moshiri to spend 10 days trying to get that Ted Lassoo fella on the phone - I've heard he's doing a good job somewhere...?!

So you don't think we should have got 4 points from the last two games? You don't think we've gifted both teams goals? You don’t think we've missed sitters?

No I don't. The other teams scored more goals than us.

Every side misses sitters and makes mistakes. Organised sides minimise those percentages and play in a way that suits them best. We don't.

Superb Claus, you've got the job as you seem to know a way to play that suits the players best.

If you could email Frank please do let him know before Saturday as he's getting sacked if we don't win.

lad your boring we aren’t getting fat sam
Saying I’m boring your boring saying we won’t get him, you don’t even come up with an alter, ok you say we won’t be getting Sam who are we getting then? because unless a miracle happens and Frank can get a decent result against utd his days must surely be numbered here if he doesn’t.

Why should he come up with an alternative ffs? He's not looking for an alternative manager!!!

you keep thinking your delusional thoughts
You keep knock my thoughts, but don’t suggest anyone yourself, if you say keep Frank your definitely more delusional than me. It is possible but highly unlikely Frank could turn this around, but let me know your thoughts on all of this, you can keep big Sam out of it if you like.
