I think a lot were optimistic he would pick up some points from the lowers teams, know one when he came in we’re really seriously contemplating relegation was highly likely well it is now. He can’t keep losing and we just take it, at the end of the days it’s a results game and we are just not getting them, it’s imo getting glad chance saloon Frank I hope he can pull it off but I’m not confident he can.

Lots of shallow words from Blues on here saying they'd back him even in the Championship, not saying you, but they know who they are.

Yes, and I think that should be an alternative. There are probably more English managers in the lower divisions who are talented. We must go for competence, not names.
If -big IF- Lampard goes, I agree; but of course, this is Moshiri we're talking about. The guy who wants Celebrity FC, who says the North West is the Hollywood of the game etc. He's never going to appoint some random bloke from the Championship he's never heard. Just wont be glamarous enough for him.

He’s also a former employee of another club on Merseyside….
Ahhhhh, that could be a factor I suppose.

Sammie Lee was just about tolerated for what we all knew was a half-season appointment in his role, so I would like to think in hypothetical world, it wouldn't be an issue should he end up being our next manager (not that I ever see Moshiri appointing a non-big name or second tier manager). I mean, it's not like he's Benitez 2.0 or anything

To be fair, they’re all half season appointments nowadays

Yes this ? But our best manager since the glory days of Kendal, was Moyes and he as appointed from a lower league. It’s not just Moshiri lots of fans think the Same.

Surely it would be the most Everton/Moshiri thing in the world to sack Lampard after a loss to United, and pay whatever it takes Sean Dyche to come in after he's just rolled us over. ? Nothing would surprise me when it comes Moshiri these days.

But if we are sacking managers after 9 games, how will he have the opportunity to build something? Do we tell him he has to win 5 of his first 9?
This is pretty simple. Lampard's first task was to make sure we were not involved in the relegation battle. If he failed, then the second goal was to avoid relegation. When this mission is completed, he can start thinking about building a team. If he does not manage these two points, then he has not deserved to perform point number 3 either.

So Lampard gets the last 9 games yes? Giving him a total of 18 games to achieve point number 2 yes? If he does that, does he get 18 games to perform point number 3 ( start building a team ) or does he lose his job in point number 3 if he doesn't win x amount in x amount of games even if we see signs of him building something.

Just wanted you to clarify some of your 1, 2 and 3 points are as they are based on certain things happening
